It is easy to install and you do not need any special training, tools, or hazardous materials protection. Now I see that there is 2" of foam between ceiling and roof so that crappy plywood is coming off. I had a skylight leak in my Thor Citation TT a while back. I thought that the plywood was right under the rubber roof so I fiber glassed the ceiling plywood... Looks like crap and the paint is peeling from it...
This is generally the material you will find on both sides of a hollow core door. It does its job of providing privacy but it is not very strong. It should be cheaper than other plywood materials.
Hardwood & MDF Mouldings
The materials used to build those walls can be luan plywood, composite plywood or MDF, and vinyl. Another option but probably expensive are cabinet end panels from lowes or home depot. They seem to be stronger than regular plywood and prefinished to match cabinets. The same wood available for your walls and floors is available for your ceilings as well.

These hardwood options are baltic birch, oak, poplar, walnut, and maple. Plus, you can’t go wrong with treated plywood as it does the same job as marine grade except it may not be made with waterproof glue. If you need genuine strength and actual plywood, there are wood products available through the hobby outlets like RC aircraft and dollhouse builders.
